TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In booking this accommodation all guests agree to the following.
Dates and prices. Arrival Days are now flexible due to the increased number of flights from
UK and Ireland daily.
Reservation Options. A 48 hour option will be held to enable flight arrangements to be
made, if required. The lead party person must be over 18 years.
Payment. Payment should be made by one of the methods noted. If the departure date is
less than 8 weeks away, full payment must be made. Otherwise a deposit of £75/100€ per
week (non-refundable) is payable. Your booking is secured when full payment has been
cleared.
Confirmation. Once notification of your booking is received, along with your deposit, a
receipt will be sent to confirm your booking. On payment of balance we will send you
information about your arrival and other useful information.
Amendments. If after confirmation of a booking you wish to make changes to any dates
then a booking amendment fee of £25 may be chargeable depending on number of weeks
notice given, and subject to availability.
Cancellations. Cancellation of a booking should be made immediately by phone and
confirmed in writing.
If you cancel We retain
Before 8 weeks deposit - deposit is non-refundable
Between 4 & 8 weeks 50% of total
Between 2 & 4 weeks 75% of total
Less than 2 weeks 100%of total
If for reasons beyond our control, we have to cancel your holiday then a full refund or
alternative date(s) will be offered.
We are not responsible or liable for any loss or expense due to flight delays, missed flights,
flight cancellations, or any other circumstances, which may delay or cause you to miss your
holiday.
It is recommended that you have travel insurance to cover such eventuality, as it is
now obligatory to have it for any kind of travel.
Accommodation. Accommodation description will be provided with your arrival details.
The maximum number specified for the accommodation use should not be exceeded. All
accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am on date of departure (unless otherwise
agreed). Access to accommodation will be from 3.00pm on date of arrival (again this is
negotiable).
Transport and Access. Puerto Del Carmen is about 10-15 minutes by Taxi from the airport
in Lanzarote. The taxi rank is just outside the arrivals terminal. Transport to and from the
accommodation is your responsibility. However if you wish assistance in booking a transfer
we may be able to help you do this.
Smoking. It is requested that no smoking takes place within the accommodation but may
be carried out on the patio area.
Valuables. We cannot be responsible for loss of any of your valuables. There is a safe
deposit box available within the apartment, which it is recommended you make use of.
Services. Electricity, water, linen and towels are included. The bed linen & towels will be
changed weekly, (most apartments have washing machines available, and you will have
access to extra towels).
Liability. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or inconvenience due to failure of
electricity or water supply, actions or omissions, of the Property Management, strikes,
exceptional weather, additional expenses or any other matter outside of our control.
Damage. Any damage caused by guests or other people in the property must be paid for.
Where possible the guests should replace damaged items immediately, with items of
similar specifications. e.g. glasses, crockery. Any other damage should be reported to our
Management Company or ourselves. Normal wear and tear damage will be the owners
responsibility.
Passports. A full valid passport is required for all British subjects visiting the Canary
Islands.
