Villa Simon is an attractive bungalow situated in a quiet area of Los Mojones. The Villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room, garage and private terrace area with pool.
There is a double room which has an en-suite bathroom and 2 x twin rooms. There are fitted wardrobes in each of the rooms with a safety deposit box installed in one of the wardrobes.
Puerto Del Carmen has many good restaurants to choose from, with many being within 15 minutes walk from the Villa. If however, you wish to spend a few evenings enjoying the villa, the kitchen is fully fitted with oven/microwave and a large fridge/freezer.
Enjoy the sunshine on the terrace which has table & chairs and sunloungers. If it gets too hot you can cool down in the privacy of your own pool which is cleaned twice a week.
